Hyperian Aerospace, LLC is a U.S.-based aerospace and defense technology company developing advanced systems across defense, missile defense, hypersonics, civil aerospace, autonomy, space, artificial intelligence, sensing, secure communications, digital engineering, and advanced manufacturing. The company is headquartered in Long Valley, NJ with engineering and R&D offices in Morristown, NJ and at the US Army Picatiny Arsenal, NJ (soon). Hyperian has affiliated manufacturing and prototyping facilities in Long Beach, CA and Maricopa, AZ. The company is led by Dr. Robert Statica, Founder, Chairman, and CEO.

Hyperian was established around a systems-level view of aerospace and defense: the most important future capabilities will not come from isolated platforms alone. They will come from integrated architectures in which vehicles, sensors, networks, autonomy, artificial intelligence, command systems, and effectors operate as one mission system.

A Dual-Market Aerospace Company

Hyperian Aerospace operates across both national-security and civilian aerospace markets. In defense, the company develops architectures and platforms for integrated air and missile defense, hypersonic defense, counter-UAS, autonomous systems, tactical aviation, space-domain missions, survivability, AI-enabled command and control, directed energy, electronic warfare, sensing, and secure mission networking.

In civilian aerospace, Hyperian is developing high-speed and vertical-lift aircraft intended to reshape global passenger transportation, cargo logistics, commuting aviation, business aviation, private aviation, remote access, and emergency-response mobility. HYPERLINER™, HYPERCARGO™, and the SKYLIFT™ family reflect a common objective: compress travel time and increase access without accepting the operating limitations of conventional aviation architectures.

Defense & Missile Defense

Hyperian's defense portfolio is built around layered, distributed, and multi-domain mission architectures. AURORA SHIELD™, BLACKLANCE™, KAMBISA™, NQABA™, SKYGUARDIAN™, ZULU-HTV-10KZ™, the HM family, mobile launcher systems, SENTINEL TALON™, ROIC™, FlightAI-M, ATHENA AI, and related technologies form a portfolio intended to address threats ranging from inexpensive unmanned aircraft to maneuvering hypersonic systems.

The company's engineering approach emphasizes persistent sensing, target custody, interoperable command and control, secure communications, human-authorized decision pathways, modular effectors, digital engineering, test evidence, and open interfaces. This supports modernization without forcing customers to replace every existing system in order to add new capability.

Civil Aerospace & Global Mobility

Hyperian's civilian aerospace programs are focused on speed, access, and time compression. HYPERLINER™ targets Mach 10 passenger transportation. HYPERCARGO™ targets Mach 10 global logistics for high-value and time-sensitive freight. SKYLIFT™ targets vertical operations with up to 50 passengers or 10 tons of cargo, approximately 3,000 miles of range, and a Mach 0.94 maximum-speed objective.

Together, these programs address different layers of the transportation market: ultra-high-speed intercontinental mobility, same-hour global logistics, regional point-to-point aviation, business and private mobility, remote logistics, and tactical operations.

Mission-First Systems Engineering

Hyperian begins with the mission rather than the component. We define the operational problem, the decision timeline, the environment, the required interfaces, and the evidence needed to demonstrate performance. From there, we design the architecture connecting sensing, communications, software, AI, autonomy, vehicles, payloads, and operational workflows.

This approach supports modular open systems, incremental upgrades, multi-vendor integration, sovereign-control requirements, and phased deployment. It also allows Hyperian to function as a mission-system architect and integration lead where the best solution includes Government systems, commercial technology, third-party OEM products, and Hyperian-developed mission layers.

Artificial Intelligence with Human Authority

AI is integrated across Hyperian's portfolio as a mission-support layer for sensing, fusion, correlation, prioritization, prediction, autonomy, resource allocation, and operational decision support. Systems such as ATHENA AI, FlightAI-M, FlightAI, and SpaceAI are designed to accelerate the transformation of data into useful operational information while preserving defined human authority, auditability, safety, and mission control.

Digital Engineering & Technology Transition

Hyperian applies digital engineering throughout system definition, architecture development, integration, test, and transition. Core disciplines include Model-Based Systems Engineering, mission engineering, digital twins, six-degree-of-freedom modeling, aerodynamic and thermal analysis, guidance and control simulation, software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, closed-loop mission testing, verification and validation, and configuration management.

The same engineering discipline is applied to manufacturing and transition. Hyperian treats producibility, affordability, supplier readiness, testability, rate, and sustainment as design variables rather than downstream problems.

Security, Government Contracting & Mission Readiness

Hyperian Aerospace is a U.S. Government contractor with UEI SFMNZWDD9TZ4 and CAGE 9Y7P6. The company holds MDA SHIELD IDIQ Contract HQ085926DG219 and a Secret Facility Clearance. CMMC Level 2 self-assessment/self-certification is complete, with third-party certification in progress. These credentials support participation in sensitive national-security work while remaining subject to the specific contract, DD Form 254, personnel eligibility, need-to-know, authorized systems, and safeguarding requirements applicable to each program.

Our Mission

Hyperian Aerospace exists to create aerospace and defense systems that materially expand what operators, governments, businesses, and travelers can do. In defense, that means faster sensing, better integration, more resilient decision-making, and layered protection. In civilian aerospace, it means shrinking the practical size of the world by making long-distance travel and logistics dramatically faster and more flexible.
